What is a Digital Book, how do I read it and how do I download it?
A Digital Book (also known as an eBook) is an electronic book that you can download and save to your computer's hard drive. The RTP Transformation System is delivered in Adobe PDF® format which can be read on the Free Adobe Reader for both Mac and PC's. No physical products are shipped. Step-by-step download instructions are provided on the "Download Page."
The major benefits of eBooks are the speed of delivery (you get instant access to the RTP Transformation System) and zero printing, stocking and shipping costs which means these savings are passed on to you. However, if you would prefer to read the RTP Transformation System book on paper, you can print out the entire System on your home printer (or use an office supplies network like "Home Depot") and bind it together. You can also make one backup copy for personal use and save it to a CD ROM or zipped disk and upload it to portable devices like iPhones, iPods and Palm Pilots to take with you and read at your leisure.
Is it safe to order online with a credit card?
Yes, ordering the RTP Transformation System is 100% safe because your order is processed using an encrypted, secure server which means your credit card information is not stored and cannot be read by anyone.
I use a company called ClickBank to process orders for the RTP Transformation System. ClickBank is the Internet's largest retailer of digital products and downloadable software. Using ClickBank you have the option to pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, JCB and PayPal. ClickBank does not store your financial data on their system.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

I am very interested in your System, can you give me more details on the RTP Nutrition Program?
The best way to explain the RTP Nutrition Program is to first let you know what it is, and what it isn't.
What The RTP Nutrition Program Is: The RTP Nutrition Program is a common-sense approach to nutrition design and meal planning that will help you maximize fat loss and retain (or increase) muscle while revving up your metabolism, stabilizing blood sugar levels and increasing the strength of your immune system.
What The RTP Nutrition Program Is NOT: The RTP Nutrition System is not a “deprivation diet” based on the latest fad. There are no “strange” diet stipulations, no unreasonable restrictions, no “weird” gimmicks, no supplement requirements and no “quick fixes” with the RTP approach to nutrition.
The Action Step formulas presented in this System have been proven to work for myself over the last 2 years, the three RTP Success Stories recorded thus far, and thousands of other “regular” people in the “real world." I'm a vegetarian. Can I still use the RTP Nutrition Program?
Yes, the list of fat burning foods in the RTP Recommended Foods List does contain a selection of protein sources which are non-animal based. In fact, the whole philosophy of the RTP approach to nutrition is for each individual to customize their nutrition plan to the fat burning foods of their choice. Furthermore, the bulk of this System (mindset, motivational, goal-setting, accountability and training Modules) is identical for all people, vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
Is fat loss the main focus of the RTP Training Program? Can I use this program to gain muscle as well?
The main focus of the RTP Training Program (in conjuction with the RTP Nutrition Program) is fat loss. While gains in lean muscle mass are achievable on this program, the overriding objective of the RTP Training Program is rapid fat loss and maintenance (and/or a slight increase) of lean muscle mass. However, I also detail in great depth how I have lost fat and gained muscle over each "Mission" I have undertaken since starting my "RTP Journey", and in Module 6 I show how you can too.
Please Note: The 84-Day RTP Training Program is a “relatively intense” weight training and cardio program designed for those individuals seeking a full-blooded physique transformation over a 12-week period. If you are not serious about total body transformation, and just looking for a couple of "light" workouts this training program is not for you.
This training program also has built-in variation (in the form of cyclical program changes to the types of exercises, exercise order, training volume and training techniques) to prevent overuse injuries, muscular adaption and training plateaus that result from continually performing the same style of workouts.
Tell me more about the actual workouts in the RTP Training Program. What are they and how long do they take to finish?
The 12-Week RTP Training Program is divided into three 28-Day training phases in the following order: RTP Base Training (neuromuscular facilitation and fat loss), RTP Strength Training (muscle building and strength) and RTP Circuit Training (advanced fat loss).
The weight training workouts presented in the RTP Training Program are an average of 30 minutes in duration, performed 3 or 4 times per week (depnding on which Training Phase you are on). The RTP Cardio Program utilizes the fat burning benefits of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Steady State Cardio (longer duration cardio). The stand-alone Abdominal Training Program with the unique "Squeeze Technique" is a 10 minute workout.
